I would just like to commend the fantastic service you continuously provide; I have ordered with you several times and have always been pleased with the speed of your service. This includes the very helpful and polite feedback via email when contacted. The quality of your products is second to none and, after trying many different sources, it is wonderful to find a company not only with wonderful quality and service, but also with an ethical outlook; it is often one of the downfalls of otherwise good shops.

"Ive been buying with Vena Cava for the lifespan of my business (and a little while before too!) and the reliability of the service has been an absolute lifeline- Its good to know theres a source to ask questions about new products, books and resources or construction, and that you can trust you will recieve your order swiftly and with the correct items in it! (A huge deal when youre placing a bigger order!)
The team are always looking out for new and exciting patterns or gadgets to create a more professional touch, all within budget and geared at encouraging people to improve the quality of their work rather than to make do. And lets face it, the lace range is the BEST EVER! XD
The service is always professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to be a part of- If you are a beginner there are handy tips on basic construction, if you are intermediate there is a wide range of materials to experiement with and to learn about, if you run a business there are hard to source tools tested by people who actually know how to make quality corsetry and costume! I think its fair to say that we brits would really struggle to do the fine amatuer and pro work in the period accurate line if it werent for this fabulous resource- Its a launch pad for talented individuals wanting to take their passion to the workplace, its a "why not?" for the people who always wanted to try their hand at a steel crinoline or a travelling bustle, and its an international symbol for quality, value and old fashioned customer service, just the way we like it!
