Fabulous Pattern to create the perfect hat for that Victorian Bustle outfit.
The pattern includes four views in fabric covered buckram or straw braid.

The following amendments need to be made to the printed instructions.
- On the Crown Sides and Brim pattern piece all views. In the cutting instructions the word “cit” needs to be replaced with the word “cut”. Also add “for Mull cut as Fabric”.
- On all Crown Tip and Bandeaux pattern pieces the cutting instruction should be “For Buckram cut Pattern piece minus the green, for Fabric and Mull cut Pattern plus green”
