An historically accurate pattern for TWO different corsets. The "Dore" straight seam and the "Silverado" bust gore. Also includes patterns for a Chemise and Open Drawers.
The Dore pattern is a good starting point for your first corset making adventure, while the Silverado, with it's more complex bust gore is a great challenge for the more experienced.
We think that this is one of the best patterns on the market. Very detailed instructions accompanied by informed historical information and a bibliography.
Please note, The pattern quite correctly suggests an initial mock up be made to determine correct busk and bone lengths, as a result it would be impossible for us to offer a standard "kit" so...
