Super shiny, soft and strong PVC fabric for corsetry, costume, bag making etc..
Small degree of crosswise-stretch, none lengthwise; fabric backing.
This is the shiniest PVC we've found!
TOP TIP! If you have creases in your PVC it can be ironed. Place a piece of paper between the iron and the underside of the PVC. Iron on a low to medium heat erring on the side of caution and checking the face for any signs of meltiness!
