Used to give a crisp finish even to the largest of skirts.
Lining and fabric can both be sewn to this tape.
Sometimes termed as Horsehair Braid this has many tailoring and dressmaking and other applications.
Now used extensively in the hems of ballroom gowns as seen on 'Strictly'.
Stretches lengthwise, also known as soft boning.
