This very special buckram is produced from
recycled cotton in a handy 90cm width saving shipping costs, time, fuel,
money, waste and making it much more convenient for you on your cutting
table!
Double stiffened.
The premium sourced, British woven and finished
cotton is so luxurious to the touch you're proud to add the label into
your garment, hat or next magnum opus.
This buckram is ideal for medium creations such as theatrical wear and cosplay and is easy to work with due to its 90cm width.
As with all Buckrams, Medium-weight Buckram becomes workable when steam-heated (using a household steam iron).
Medium-weight Buckram is perfect when combining with other millinery fabrics.
To use
Steam iron or old your buckram and put it into a bowl of hot water, the fabric will turn soft like a rag. The buckram can now be stretched and pinned over your block and leave to dry.
For extra stiffness paint some watered down PVA glue onto the buckram before it dries.Price per metre. 100% Cotton plus glue
